3D interactive apartment tour

We prepared model of the apartment so that you don’t have to study the plans and go over the pictures tediously. You can walk in it on display or with VR glasses.

How many apartments have a hall instead of hallway? And a hall it is – on the paper it’s almost 10 m2, in reality the space seems much bigger. Amazingly light, well-arranged and most importantly – giving out truly spectacular impression. When entering, it becomes very clear that this apartment was only for rich folk 100 years ago.

Main room of the apartment is currently placed in its centre. The living room (24 m2) with large window and tall ceiling is available through the hall right in front of the entrance door.

You will likely spend most of your time here unless you completely change the apartment’s disposition. According to the current owner this room was the social centre of the apartment, there used to be a piano, which was played daily with singing to go along with it. Behind the library, there are door into the next room which are not used.

Can you hear it? The tones of the music sealed into the walls. This room is not only a gallery of pictures of old Prague...

...but also a place which has fully functioning original storage heater, which was installed into the apartment in 1952. Ever since then it has been tirelessly fulfilling its function. And needless to say, that it is not only practical but also very interesting piece of technology.

We will finish the tour of the living room with a look on the hallway door and we move into the next-door bedroom.

This bedroom is also very gracious and airy. The room has approx. 27 m2, therefore it is a size of a normal 1+kk apartment. The wooden floor is an original one.

Pair of large windows oriented North and East secure enough light flowing into the apartment and pleasant air even in hot summer days. Windows are from the year 2012 by the way – plastic with security foil.

Back to the amazing hall of the apartment, through which we can look into the smaller room which was used as a kitchen.

There doesn’t need to be a kitchen in this room, it can be for example your new office room. It is easily accessible right next to the entrance into the apartment so that your potential clients wouldn’t disturb your privacy. They will not miss the magnificent hallway anyways.

Through the hall to the other side and into the last room.

This room is also very large, it has 24 m2. In the other photo you may notice cabinets which were created in places where the doors were placed originally. Smaller cabinet was an entrance into the bathroom and the bigger one into the living room. Here the doors are still present, hidden behind the library.

Next to the bedroom there is a bathroom, which should be reconstructed completely. Electric boiler ensures heat of the water.

Only thing that recently underwent construction was toilet. Next to it is another room which functioned as room for the housemaid. This space has a window and thanks to its placement in the hallway next to the bathroom it will be perfect for example for a cloakroom.

Talking about storage rooms, there is another one – this time a chamber, which is right next to the entrance door. You can make a smoking area or small winter garden on this “balcony”. There is also a spacious cellar for use, you will find pictures of it at the end.

You can find all sorts of interesting things in the apartment. Original door or pictures of old Strašnice, where you can even spot this house.

In the other pictures you will find various parts of Prague. And on this typewriter, you can write your future in your new apartment.

The house is after reconstruction, is very well maintained and fully functional. The apartment is located in elevated ground floor, the access is through one staircase.

There is a courtyard full of flower beds and greenery behind the house. It is supposed to be oriented on “balcony”.

In the first picture, it’s the 3 windows on the first floor. It is aesthetically pleasing that all of the houses in this block are original, similarly build and all repaired.

Distances from the house:

Tram station ‘Průběžná’: 200 m (numbers 5, 6, 7, 13, 22, 3x night line)
Bus station ‘Průběžná’: 200 m (numbers 175)
Metro station ‘Strašnická’: 400 m

shopping centre Eden: 1.5 km
(here you can buy basically everything)

Several parks in the area
Middle school Gutova - 800 m
Everything else can be best seen in the attached Google map.

Mrštíkova street splits the location into two districts. Red line marks Vinohrady.

Apartment’s floor plan

The apartment is truly large. Back in the day especially – at some point it was a home to 3 generations of a family, for a while even 4.
