The apartment is located one block from Šabach’s park, Bubeneč’s significant point right between Hradčanská and Dejvická.

We prepared model of the apartment so that you don’t have to study the plans and go over the pictures tediously. You can walk in it on display or with VR glasses.

Main room of the apartment has 24 m2 and it is stunning. The apartment is lucky to be part of a house with many decorative parts. The most dominant one is alcove into the street. The windows are oriented into the Národní obrany street, north-wise.

Large and interesting surface of the main windows in the alcove gives the space unique charm – that is something that a plain wall with simple window just cannot do. The atmosphere is then completed by the thick oak floors. In order to assess the quality of the reconstruction you need to focus on the details – in this case for example the three radiators with look that corresponds to the character of the property. There could have been one and it could have been plain, but it was renovated well.

No money was saved on the countertops either – it’s magnificent and offers big working space.

Kitchen of this size could be found in much bigger apartments.

The size can be best seen in this picture. Right next to the winged doors there is a fridge with plenty of storage space and a place for storing kitchen appliances you use daily, but don’t want to have them out on the countertops.

Bedroom, which has 18 m2 is facing the same side, therefore it’s also north. Ideally oriented for calm sleep along with tree crowns in front of the windows. You can easily put a lot of furniture into the bedroom including big closets. The thick oak floor is here as well. The height of the ceilings is over 3.1m, therefore half a meter above the usual standard of today’s apartments.

The hallway is really generous as well - 11 m2. Plus, there are stairs that lead into the storage space which can located there thanks to lowered ceiling. In the doors next to the videophone is hidden gas boiler, which heats the apartments (water is heated by the boiler).

The bathroom which has over 4.5 m2 is atypically shaped yet used to its full potential.

Large-scale tiles, bidet shower, designer toiler and sink, glass shower screen. Not only great comfort but also very nice to look at. Everything is nicely harmonized together.  All the equipment is new (2015) and very carefully cared for.

Home video phone, nobody can come to your place without letting you know. Door of the house are as thick as vault’s and only accessible through chip – that’s also the case for the cellar. In the entire apartment, you can find either chucky oak floors or tiles.

The original look of the wooden doors is respected in the entire apartment and that includes forging. The hallways are not too shabby either – the uniformed look is preserved as well.

In the space which is above the entire hallway, there is electric boiler plus whatever else you’d like. Skis or another seasonal gear doesn’t need to be in the cellar, those can be stored in the apartment.

The house is extremely well-preserved, well-managed and it never lost its original elements. The elevator is located in mezzanine.

Green, serene courtyard, which can be used by anyone who wants to sit in peace or grill.

In the first floor there is a grocery store and good restaurant with lot of stars. Don’t worry, the apartment is not directly above the restaurant. There is one more floor between them.

Blossoming trees are not a sight available during April, however you can still see that the streets are green. Also serene, no noisy traffic here.

There are two metro stations located 500 meters from the house.

Likewise, tons of buses, trams and train are in walking distance. Traffic availability is amazing and no wonder – you are near the very heart of Prague (Prague Castle).
